Ann B. Iniguez, LPC
I specialize in trauma, emotional regulation, and recovery, with a focus on serving women, first responders, and veterans. My clinical approach combines DBT, trauma-informed care, and somatic interventions such as the Trauma Tapping Technique and EFT. I work with clients to identify patterns, build coping skills, and process difficult experiences in a structured yet supportive environment. My goal is to help clients move beyond insight alone and develop the tools needed for lasting behavioral and emotional change.
Approach to Therapy
I focus on helping clients build emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. At the same time, I create a safe, supportive space to process deeper experiences, including trauma and chronic stress. My style is collaborative, direct, and compassionate, balancing insight with action so clients don’t just understand their patterns, but learn how to shift them. I tailor therapy to each individual, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
