TherapyCloud takes intellectual property rights seriously. We have created Community Standards and ‍Terms of Service to prohibit the infringement of someone else’s intellectual property and, while we recognize that similar therapeutic content may be possible without being a violation of such Terms or Community Standards, we encourage the report of any believed violation of intellectual property laws to TherapyCloud immediately. While TherapyCloud can’t speak on behalf of intellectual property owners, nor is TherapyCloud in a position to offer legal advice or make legal determinations whether someone's content infringes someone else’s intellectual property, TherapyCloud may remove material reported for alleged intellectual property infringement when notified of a potential violation and also may disable any listing, provider, or account that we believe violates our Terms of Service.

TherapyCloud's vision is to be merely a platform for third-party providers to create and share therapeutic content for the betterment of society. As such, TherapyCloud does not own any content produced by such third-party sellers through the Therapy Marketplace. So, content created for the TherapyCloud marketplace is not prohibited from being listed elsewhere. (We're not here to hinder. We're hear to spread the word and make life better for as many people as possible after all!) Just remember that content not listed on TherapyCloud will not be able to earn the benefits of the integrated Search Engine Optimized (SEO) marketing available through TherapyCloud's platform that results in passive income through purchases for that content made through TherapyCloud. Also remember that your content is public and available to be sold for passive income through TherapyCloud only if you have an active membership. If you deactivate your membership, any therapeutic content you have posted will be automatically archived via removal from public visibility. But, don't worry, as soon as you re-activate a membership, your content will be right there where you left off, ready to make passive income for you!

For blogs specifically (available with our "Complete Therapist Membership" package), authors retain ownership of their blog posts. However, considering search engine algorithms, to help blogs perform their best, we ask that duplicate or near-duplicate content isn't repost elsewhere without checking with us first.
