Do I need both a therapist profile and an office listing?
It depends. If you're a solo practitioner and want to be discoverable both as an individual clinician and as a business entity, then yes. If you only want organizational visibility (or only want a personal profile), you can choose just one. Office Listings and individual therapist profiles are separate subscriptions that you manage independently.
Can I manage my therapists' accounts through my Office Listing?
Office Listings and individual therapist profiles are managed independently. Individual therapists maintain control of their own accounts and profiles.
What's the difference between an Office Listing and an Enterprise plan?
An Office Listing is a single organizational profile on the platform. An Enterprise plan is designed for larger organizations that want to purchase and manage multiple therapist subscriptions under one account with centralized billing and admin controls. Think hospitals, large group practices, or networks managing 10+ clinicians. Contact us to discuss Enterprise options tailored to your organization's needs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can cancel or upgrade/downgrade your Office Listing at any time, and if you decide you want to add an individual therapist profile (or vice versa), you can sign up for that separately.
What if my practice has multiple locations?
Currently, each Office Listing can include secondary location information on your profile page. However, if you want each location to appear separately in directory search results, you'll need a separate subscription for each location. We're also exploring ways to enhance multi-location visibility. For bulk pricing or to share your specific needs, please contact us.
