Sarah Dube, MSW, LCSW
Before becoming a therapist I was a mother and a teacher. My primary focus is helping people through life transitions, build self-confidence, and find a sense of balance. Specialties include: development of identity, exploring sense of self, major life transitions, maternal mental health, self-regulation, confidence building, anxiety, depression, recovery from abuse, parenting neurodivergence, being neurodivergent.
Approach to Therapy
My approach is person centered, honest, and warm. I use a variety of evidenced based interventions but believe that the therapeutical relationship is the most pivotal component in determining whether or not treatment and interventions will be successful. My hope is to be your mental health partner, working with you to accomplish your goals.
