Kim Fienberg-Landreth
I am a licensed mental health counselor and dedicated victim advocate specializing in trauma, eating disorders, and recovery support. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, I create a safe space for individuals navigating the complex aftermath of trauma, disordered eating, and emotional dysregulation.
I work closely with survivors of abuse, assault, and systemic violence, empowering them to reclaim their stories and rebuild trust in themselves and others.
Passionate about holistic, inclusive care, I am committed to supporting people of all identities in their mental health journeys—helping them not only cope, but thrive.
Approach to Therapy
Drawing on years of clinical experience and advocacy work, I integrate evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches, to promote healing.
