I have been in the therapy field for 6 years now, and I am certified in Trauma Focused CBT, and Therapeutic Tabletop Gaming. I am also an EMDR therapist. I have used Acceptance and Commitment therapy to help people with relationships and with telling their stories. I have two Master of Science degrees in the mental health field. My first is in general Psychology, and my second is in Marriage and Family therapy. I am a devout advocate and representative for the LGBTQIA+ population.

I offer EMDR, TF-CBT, and Therapeutic Tabletop Gaming which uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy along with Narrative therapy to help us change the way that you view and experience your life story. I have helped people with trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, motivation, relationships, and gender issues.
