Start:
Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT

Thoughtful Thursday offers weekly breathwork practice and mindfulness activities for social workers in a welcoming virtual space designed to support reflection, grounding, connection, and emotional wellbeing.

Event Agenda

Thoughtful Thursday aims to provide a low-pressure, safe space to learn and grow while connecting with others.

Unless otherwise specified, many experiences are intentionally designed with an open-flow structure. Participants are invited to engage in ways that feel supportive and comfortable to them. Examples include:

  • Camera on or off participation
  • No cold-calling unless a hand is raised
  • Anonymous Q&A options
  • Anonymous survey participation opportunities

Each session may vary in focus and experience, so participants are welcome to attend as consistently or flexibly as needed.
