Chloe Udell
am an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (ALMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and teens navigate life’s transitions and relational complexities. My clinical practice is rooted in a blend of Psychodynamic Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am also Level 1 and 2 trained in the Gottman Method, which allows me to provide couples with evidence-based tools to foster deeper connection, improve communication, and manage conflict effectively.
Since beginning my post-graduate clinical work in August 2025, I have focused on helping clients uncover the underlying patterns that influence their current behaviors and relationships. I believe in a collaborative, empathetic approach that honors each client’s unique history while working toward tangible growth and emotional resilience.
