Hi, I’m Lauren, a wellness coach with a trauma-informed, whole-person approach to supporting change. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in burnout cycles, or frustrated by routines that never seem to stick—despite genuinely trying. My approach blends behavior change support, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and compassionate accountability. Rather than focusing on pushing harder or becoming more disciplined, I help clients build sustainable rhythms that feel supportive, realistic, and aligned with real life. Together, we might work on stress regulation, habit consistency, emotional wellness, self-trust, and creating routines that support you without becoming another source of pressure. I believe growth is often gentler than we’ve been taught. Sometimes change begins not with doing more, but with learning how to work with yourself instead of against yourself.
