I have been practicing for 7 years. I have a strong background in helping folks in the queer community and folks with significant trauma backgrounds. My niche is where those intersect. I focus primarily on person centered therapy and learning who you are before beginning to address your personal areas of growth. I also use Gestalt, existential, feminist, CBT, and DBT interventions to customize a plan that works for you.
