As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Qualified Clinical Supervisor in the state of Florida, I have been dedicated to the field of mental health since 2020. Psychotherapy Approach: I provide a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to psychotherapy. My practice is grounded in Motivational Interviewing (MI), supported by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), designed to empower clients. I focus on helping individuals explore their strengths, create meaningful change, and achieve healing through a process that is safe, collaborative, and authentic.
Approach to Therapy
I have extensive experience working with clients across the lifespan—from children as young as three, to teens, adults, and families. My practice has been delivered in varied environments, including schools, homes, community settings, and telehealth, as well as specialized locations like homeless shelters. I treat diverse clinical issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, Bipolar Disorder, LGBT+ struggles, adjustment difficulties, and challenges related to abuse and homelessness. I am committed to maintaining cultural humility while supporting clients from all backgrounds and ethnicities.
