I've been in healthcare for 20 years. I see children/adolescents. I support women mentally before and after the period of pregnancy. I also see people across the lifespan for various mental health conditions, like depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I use CBT and Motivational Interviewing in my approach.

Approach to Therapy

I listen and offer empathy. I see my clients as individuals. I see clients with various mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, infertility issues, and other psychiatric disorders. I offer both virtual and in person psychiatric services including medication management.
